1. Who we are

My Wedding Plan is a product of Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA (CNPJ 54.884.128/0001-94), a company established in Brazil. In these terms, "we" means that company and "you" means the person who buys or uses My Wedding Plan.

By buying or using My Wedding Plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What you get

My Wedding Plan is a digital wedding planning kit used in a web browser. After you answer a short questionnaire it creates a task timeline and a budget split by category, and gives you tools to track guests, vendors and your wedding-day schedule, reference guides, downloadable PDFs and spreadsheets, and an AI assistant.

It is a one-time purchase of $19.90 plus any tax that applies. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.

The planning tools remain available to you for as long as we operate the service. The AI assistant is included until 30 days after the wedding date in your plan, or for 24 months from purchase if you have not set a date, and is subject to reasonable daily and monthly message limits that exist to prevent abuse.

3. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Hotmart, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Hotmart handles payment, taxes and receipts, and its own terms apply to the payment.

4. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund policy explains how. When a purchase is refunded, access to the account ends.

5. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that mailbox secure. The purchase is for one couple's wedding and is not for resale.

You are responsible for what you enter. If you add other people's details, such as guests' names and addresses, you confirm that you are allowed to keep them for planning your wedding.

6. General information, not professional advice

The timeline, budget split, guides and vendor questions are general planning information drawn from published sources, which are named inside the kit. They are averages and common practice, and they may not fit your wedding, your city or your state. Deadlines in vendor contracts and the rules of your county clerk always come first.

Nothing in My Wedding Plan is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Marriage license rules vary by state and county: confirm them with the clerk of the county where you will marry.

We do not promise any particular result, including any saving or any total cost for your wedding.

7. The AI assistant

The assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. It can make mistakes and can give answers that sound confident but are wrong. Cost figures it mentions are rough estimates. It does not contact vendors, make bookings or change your plan.

The assistant does not replace a contract, a lawyer or a wedding planner. Check anything important before you rely on it, and read every contract yourself before you sign.

To write each reply, your message and a summary of your plan are sent to our AI provider. The privacy policy explains this.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use automated tools to send messages to the assistant or to copy the content in bulk.
• Do not resell, republish or redistribute the kit or its content. You may print and share your own plan with the people helping with your wedding.
• Do not enter content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

9. Our content and yours

The kit, its text, design and software belong to us or our licensors. What you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

10. No affiliation

My Wedding Plan is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Knot, Zola, WeddingWire, Joy or any other company whose published guides are cited as sources. Their names belong to their owners.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update features and content. If we ever decide to close the service, we will give notice by email and keep data export available for at least 30 days.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, My Wedding Plan is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as costs arising from a decision you made about a vendor, a contract or a date.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the company is established, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
